All jewellery is send in a  matte back cardboard box with a  black synthetic suede covered foam to secure the item.
Other products will be wrapped or packed in suitable protective material to prevent them from any damaging. 

All shipments are done through Australia Post with the estimated fares and delivery times that are published on their website. All parcels are send with extra cover and signature on delivery.
Due to Covid-19 items will be shipped within 1-5 business days. The duration of the shipment is dependant on your location. Within Australia the delivery time is estimated to be within 10 business days. Outside of Australia delivery times are estimated to be between 3-5 weeks. Please check the Australia Post Website for more information on delivery times.

Please note that during Covid-19 these shipment times can vary.

Jewellery and art Different monitors may show slight changes in the colour of the image of the items seen on this website. We do our best to make sure that the images are as clear as possible and show photographs of the product from all angles. 

Ordering products outside of Australia might mean that importcosts need to be paid at the arrival of the parcell. Please check with your local postoffice whether or not you will have to pay importcosts. We do not take responsibility for any importcosts that need to be paid and importcosts are not covered in the payment of the item.

Vat and GST  Because of the small size of my company Elleke Hageman is currently not registered for GST, this means that receipts do not contain GST or VAT.

Returns and cancellations

Cancellations are excepted when a cancellation has been requested via e-mail ( or phone (+61480236055) within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns are excepted when contacted within 5 days requested via e-mail ( or phone (+61480236055) after item has been received. Items need to be dispatched within 10 days of delivery. 
Purchaser is responsible for any return postage and extra cover.
Items need to be returned in orignal condition. Refunds on items that show signs of wearing, usage and/or damage will not be accepted. Seller does not take responsibility for return shipment of the item, we recommend adding proper extra cover or insurance to your return shipment.
